10 Billion SNS Tokens Issued to Decentralize the Future of .sol Domains
With a total supply of 10 billion tokens, the SNS token is designed to give .sol domain holders real voting power over critical decisions, ranging from protocol upgrades and incentive distribution to the future direction of the ecosystem. A substantial 40% of the tokens are allocated to existing .sol domain owners, the broader Solana community, and trusted partners, especially rewarding early adopters who have supported the service from the beginning.

An additional 20% of the tokens are set aside for future community rewards and engagement programs. To promote ecosystem expansion, 26.25% will fund partnerships and development initiatives. Meanwhile, core contributors will receive 8.75%, which is locked for four years to ensure long-term commitment. Finally, 5% of the supply is reserved for liquidity pools to support token accessibility.
